The bells for Chewton Mendip were cast in 1913
and the installation began on July 14th1913.
The recording took place exactly 90 years after
the installation of the bells began on July 14th 2003.
Chewton Mendip churchyard makes an ideal location
for a picnic, with the sun shining and the bells ringing.
The band rang three leads of Bristol Surprise Major.
